It’s all in the detail

We built a prototype garden which the client could walk through to get a sense of the various colours and textures we wanted to use. This approach meant we could explore different ideas and combinations to achieve a magnificent, original outdoor space.

Sourcing materials

A part of the design was to create a water feature using stone that compliments the house. We sourced a perfect boulder from a quarry which we fabricated and made especially to create a stunning water feature showpiece.

Notable features

The 9 acre outdoor space features a wildflower meadow, formal rear lawn, fire pit area, orchard & walled kitchen garden; sunken garden, children’s play area, and a pool & guest house terrace.

Challenges and rewards

The outdoor space was built in unison with the contractors for the build of the main house, which was a challenge to manage and negotiate. However, working collaboratively our team delivered a space that is not only unique but won the 2018 Supreme Winner Award.

Aftercare

We care about our projects and love to see them grow and mature as intended. We offered a bespoke aftercare package, helping to develop and nurture the space to reach its full potential

“An impressive and inspirational achievement for other landscapers with the opportunity to interpret all available space with creative planting achieved to perfection. Each area tells a story and was built for a reason and purpose. Outstanding!”
